Ordinary Business:

1. Confirmation of Previous AGM Minutes: Shareholders will begin the proceedings by confirming the minutes of the 61st Annual General Meeting, which took place on October 28, 2022.

2. Adoption of Audited Financial Statements: The company’s audited financial statements for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2023, will be presented for consideration and adoption. These financial statements will include the Auditors’, Chairman’s, and Directors’ Report. 3. Appointment of Auditors for 2023-2024: Another significant point of discussion will be the appointment of auditors for the upcoming fiscal year, 2023-2024, and the determination of their remuneration. The Board has recommended the reappointment of M/s. Mushtaq & Co, Chartered Accountants, who currently serve as the company’s auditors and have been found eligible for reappointment, following the Audit committee’s suggestion.
