Radio Pakistan achieves distinction of tweeting in Gurmukhi on its Punjabi account

Radio Pakistan has achieved a great and unique distinction of tweeting in Gurmukhi, along with Shahmukhi script on its official Punjabi Twitter account.

Now from today, visitors can read tweets of Radio Pakistan pertaining to important news on @RadioPk_Punjabi in Gurmukhi script as well.

Pakistan Broadcasting Corporation is the pioneer media organization in Pakistan, which has started tweeting in Gurmukhi enabling Sikh community living in India and other parts of the world for better understanding of Pakistani culture.

It may be recalled that a large number of Sikh pilgrims visit Gurdwara Darbar Sahib at Kartarpur in Pakistan daily through the Kartarpur Corridor opened recently by Prime Minister Imran Khan.
