Rain-Wind and Thundershowers to Hit KP, Punjab, and Other Regions

Islamabad: Rain-wind and thundershowers are anticipated in Upper Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, northeast Punjab, the Pothohar region, Islamabad, Gilgit-Baltistan, and Kashmir, with isolated heavy falls expected over the next twelve hours. In contrast, other plain areas of the country are expected to experience hot and humid weather conditions.

According to Radio Pakistan, the temperatures recorded in major cities this morning were as follows: Islamabad and Muzaffarabad at twenty-four degrees centigrade, Lahore at thirty, Karachi at twenty-seven, Peshawar at twenty-nine, Quetta at twenty-two, Gilgit at twenty, and Murree at sixteen degrees centigrade.

The weather forecast for Indian Illegally Occupied Jammu and Kashmir indicates partly cloudy weather with chances of rain thundershowers in Srinagar, Jammu, Anantnag, Shopian, and Baramula, while Leh and Pulwama are expected to have partly cloudy conditions. This morning’s temperatures in these areas were recorded as: Srinagar, Anantnag, and Baramula at nineteen degrees
centigrade, Jammu at twenty-six, Leh at eight, and Pulwama and Shopian at eighteen degrees centigrade.
