Reliance Insurance Schedules Critical Board Meeting in Karachi

Karachi: Reliance Insurance Company Ltd. has announced a key board meeting scheduled for October 30, 2024, in Karachi, to discuss the unaudited financial statements for the quarter ending on September 30, 2024.

The meeting of the board of directors will focusing on the company’s performance and financial results for the recently concluded quarter. This routine review is crucial for the company’s compliance with financial regulations and for informing its investors and stakeholders about its current financial health.

According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), Reliance Insurance has also declared a “Closed Period” from October 23 to October 30, 2024. During this time, directors, CEOs, or any executive directly or indirectly dealing in the company’s shares are restricted from trading, aligning with Clause 5.6.1(d) of PSX Regulations. This is a standard practice to prevent insider trading and maintain market fairness.
