Revision of Book Closure Announced by Ghani Glass Limited Due to Overlapping EOGM Book Closure

Karachi, Ghani Glass Limited, has announced the revision of its book closure dates for the entitlement of Interim Bonus Shares. The decision was made due to an overlap with the Extraordinary General Meeting (EOGM) book closure.

According to the revised book closure schedule, the Share transfer books of Ghani Glass Limited will now remain closed from June 20, 2023, to June 21, 2023, both days inclusive. This means that shareholders will not be able to transfer their shares during this period.

The revision was necessary to avoid any inconvenience caused by the overlapping book closures. Ghani Glass Limited aims to ensure a smooth and efficient process for shareholders to receive their entitlement of Interim Bonus Shares.
