Karachi, September 26, 2012 (PPI-OT): This is to inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Monday, 01, day of October, 2012 at 9:30 AM., at the registered office of the Company to consider the Annual Accounts for the period ended June 30, 2012.

The Company has declared the “Closed Period” from September 28, 2012 to October 01, 2012 as required under Clause (xxvi) of the Code of Corporate Governance contained in the Listing Regulation No. 37 of the Exchange. Accordingly no Director, CEO or Executive shall, directly / indirectly, deal in the shares of the Company in any manner during the Closed Period.
