Saif Textile Mills Limited Announces Leadership Changes

Islamabad, Saif Textile Mills Limited has reported significant changes to its board of directors effective May 7, 2024. Mr. Osman Saifullah Khan has stepped down as Chairman of the Board, with Mr. Javed Saifullah Khan succeeding him for the remainder of the board’s term.

Additionally, Rana Muhammad Shafi has ceased to be a director of the company as of the same date. Mr. Javed Saifullah Khan has also been appointed as a director to fill this vacancy, serving for the remainder of the term.
