Karachi, Sakrand Sugar Mills Limited (SSML) has announced a Board of Directors meeting scheduled for January 30, 2024, at 4:00 P.M. The meeting will take place at the company’s corporate office, located in Suite #222, 2nd Floor, The Forum, G-20, Block 9, Clifton, Karachi. The primary agenda for this meeting is to consider the Quarterly Accounts for the period ended December 31, 2023, and to discuss the declaration of any entitlement.

In accordance with the PSX Regulations, specifically under Clause 5.6.1(d), Sakrand Sugar Mills Limited has declared a Closed Period from January 24, 2024, to January 30, 2024. During this time, Directors, the CEO, and Executives of the company are prohibited from dealing, directly or indirectly, in the shares of the company.
