It has been declared by the Board of Director to distribute specie dividend of 3,967,500/= ordinary shares of Tata Textile Mills Limited (TATM) in the ratio of 1000:1187 i.e. for 1000 shares of SALT, shareholders will get 1187 shares of TATM.

Book Closure
The Share Transfer Books of the company will be closed from June 12, 2013 to June 19, 2013 (both days inclusive).

Physical Transfer and deposit requests under Central Depository System received at the Company’s Share Registrar M/s Central Depository Company of Pakistan Limited, CDC House, 99-B, Block – B, S.M.C.H.S. Main Shahrah-e-Faisal Karachi-74400 at close of business on June 11, 2013 will be treated in time for the purpose of entitlement.
