Samba Bank Limited ‘s Notice of Meeting 61st Meeting of the Board of Directors

Karachi, August 01, 2012 (PPI-OT): The 61st Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Bank is scheduled to be held on Wednesday, August 8, 2012, at 11:30 a.m. (PST) / 9:30 a.m. (KSA) at its Head Office, 6th Floor, Sidco) Avenue Centre, Maulana. Deen Muhammad Wafai Road, Karachi, mainly to consider and approve the Un-Audited Accounts for the Half year / 2nd quarter ended June 30, 2012.

Further the Bank hereby announces the period from August 2, 2012 to August 8, 2012, (both (days inclusive) as “Closed Period” during which Directors, Chief Executive Officer, Chief Financial Officer, Company Secretary and other Executives of the Bank including their spouses and minor children are prohibited, whether directly or indirectly, from dealing in the shares of the Bank.
