Samba Bank Limited’s appointment of acting company secretary

Karachi, July 10, 2013 (PPI-OT): We wish to inform you that Ms. Saima Kamila Khan has resigned as Company Secretary of Samba Bank limited (SBL) with effect from 1st July 2013.

The Board of Directors of the Bank has appointed Ms. Saima Rasheed Khan as Acting Company Secretary with effect from 1st July 2013, with addition to her current responsibilities as Head of Human Resource of the Bank.
