Karachi, July 24, 2013 (PPI-OT): This is to inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Tuesday, July 30, 2013 at 11:00 a.m. at the registered office of the Company to consider the Unaudited Condensed Interim Financial Information of the Company for the nine months period ended June 30, 2013.

You may please inform the members of the Exchange accordingly.

Note:

Under Clause xxiii of the Code of Corporate Governance (2012), the Closed Period as required under the Code will start from July 23, 2013 to July 30, 2013 during which no Director, Chief Executive or Executive shall, directly or indirectly, deal in the shares of the Company in any manner during this Closed Period.
