Karachi, July 30, 2012 (PPI-OT): This is to inform you that meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held at 2:30 p.m. on Tuesday 28th August 2012 at the Registered Office of Packages Limited at Karachi viz, 4th Floor, The Forum, Suite # 416-422, G-20, Block 9, Khayaban-e-Jami, Clifton, Karachi, 75600, Pakistan, to consider the half-yearly financial statements for the period ended June 30th 2012.

Further, we would like to inform you that the “close period” for trading in our shares have been determined from 22nd August to 28th August, 2012 (both days inclusive). We have accordingly informed the Directors of the company.
