SC declares Review of Judgments and Orders Act, 2023 null & void

A three-member bench of the Supreme Court, headed by Chief Justice of Pakistan, Mr Justice Umar Ata Bandial has declared null and void the Review of Judgments and Orders Act, 2023.

Announcing the reserved verdict on Friday, the apex court ruled that the law has no legal value and termed it to be unconstitutional.
