Schools in Peshawar Host Defence and Martyrs’ Day Events

Peshawar: In Peshawar, schools have organized events under the auspices of Pakistan Army to commemorate Defence and Martyrs’ Day. Officers and soldiers from the Pakistan Army participated in these ceremonies, engaging with students and encouraging their involvement.

According to Radio Pakistan, the events included flag-hoisting ceremonies where students joined with the Pakistan Army to offer collective prayers for the nation’s security and prosperity. Students actively participated by delivering patriotic speeches, singing national songs, and presenting tableaus that reflected a strong national spirit.
