Karachi, September 17, 2012 (PPI-OT): This is to inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of The Searle Company Limited (Formerly Searle Pakistan Limited (SEARL) will be held on Thursday, September 20, 2012 at 4:00 p.m. at 1st Floor, NIC Building, Abbasi Shaheed Road, Karachi to consider audited financial statements for the year ended June 30, 2012.
The Company has declared the “Closed Period” from September 14, 2012 to September 20, 2012 (both days inclusive) as required under clause (xxvi) of the Code of Corporate Governance contained in the Listing Regulation No. 35 of the Exchange. Accordingly, no Director, Chief Executive Officer or Executive shall, directly/ indirectly, deal in the shares of the Company in any manner during the Closed Period.
