Security Forces Kill 10 Khwarij in Jandola Clash

Jandola: Ten Khwarij, including a suicide bomber, have been killed by security forces today in the general area of Jandola, located on the seam of South Waziristan and Tank Districts.

According to Radio Pakistan, the Khwarij attempted to breach the security post, which was effectively thwarted by the troops. This forced the Khwarij to ram an explosive-laden vehicle into the perimeter wall.

The troops engaged the assailants and, after an intense exchange of fire, all the Khwarij were neutralized outside the perimeter wall of the post.

A sanitization operation is currently underway to eliminate any other Khwarij found in the area, as the security forces of Pakistan remain committed to eradicating terrorism from the country.
