Security Forces Repel Terrorist Infiltration at Pakistan-Afghanistan Border

ZHOB: Security forces intercepted and eliminated an infiltration attempt by Khwarij terrorists at the Pakistan-Afghanistan border in the Sambaza area of Zhob district, resulting in the deaths of five militants, according to a press release.

According to a statement by Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, the movement of the Khwarij group was detected by security forces as they attempted to cross into Pakistan. The forces engaged the militants effectively and thwarted their infiltration attempt.

This incident underscores Pakistan’s ongoing demand for the Interim Afghan Government to implement robust border management practices. Pakistan expects Afghanistan to prevent the use of its territory for terrorist activities aimed at Pakistan.
