Security Forces Thwart Infiltration Attempt at Pakistan-Afghanistan Border

ZHOB: Security forces prevented an infiltration attempt by terrorists at the Pakistan-Afghanistan border, neutralizing five individuals identified as Khwarij in the Sambaza area of Zhob district.

According to a statement by Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, the movement of a group attempting to infiltrate from the Afghan side was detected by security forces. The troops engaged the intruders, successfully stopping their advance.

Pakistan has consistently called on the Interim Afghan Government to maintain effective border management. The Afghan authorities are urged to prevent the use of their territory by Khwarij for terrorist activities against Pakistan.

The Pakistani security forces remain committed to securing the nation’s borders and eradicating terrorism.
