Senator Mushtaq Released, Safe at Pakistan Embassy Amman: Dar

Amman: Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Mohammad Ishaq Dar has confirmed that former Senator Mushtaq Ahmad Khan has been released and is now safely at the Pakistan Embassy in Amman.

According to Radio Pakistan, in a post on social media platform X, the Deputy Prime Minister stated that Mushtaq Ahmad Khan is in good health and high spirits. The Embassy is prepared to facilitate his return to Pakistan, depending on his wishes and convenience.

The Deputy Prime Minister expressed gratitude to the friendly countries and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Pakistan for their active engagement and assistance in securing Senator Mushtaq’s release.
