Serena Chowk Interchange Nears Completion as Interior Minister Pushes for Deadline

Islamabad: Federal Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi has set a firm deadline for the completion of the Serena Chowk Interchange project, which is progressing rapidly. The project, featuring three underpasses, is being constructed around the clock. During a recent visit to the site, Naqvi emphasized the need to adhere to the schedule despite an initial 10-day delay, urging the team to expedite the sewer work to ensure the interchange opens on time.

According to Press Information Department, Naqvi reviewed and approved the beautification plans for the area, stressing the importance of using all available resources to finish the project promptly. He instructed that the surroundings be adorned with plants and flowers, while also ensuring the conservation of existing trees. Chairman of the Capital Development Authority, Muhammad Ali Randhawa, provided a briefing on the project’s construction activities during the visit.
