Service Global Footwear Limited Announces Extraordinary General Meeting to Elect Board of Directors

Karachi, Service Global Footwear Limited has announced an Extraordinary General Meeting (EOGM) of its shareholders, which is scheduled to take place on May 26, 2023 in Lahore. The meeting has been called to elect nine directors of the company for the next three-year term, starting from May 29, 2023.

The retiring directors whose names have been fixed by the Board of Directors for re-election are Mr. Ahmed Javed, Mr. Arif Saeed, Mr. Omar Saeed, Mr. Hassan Javed, Mr. Azmat Ali Ranjha, Mr. Abdul Rashid Lone, Ms. Maleeha Humayun Bangash, Mr. Hassan Ehsan Cheema, and Mr. Qadeer Ahmed Vaseer.

It is important to note that the Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from May 19, 2023 to May 26, 2023 (both days inclusive). This means that no transfer of shares will be allowed during this period.
