Karachi, Service Global Footwear Limited has scheduled a Board of Directors meeting on August 11, 2023, in Lahore to discuss and approve the Half Yearly Accounts for the period ended June 30, 2023, and make any necessary entitlement declarations.

In compliance with PSX Regulations 5.6.l(d), the company has announced a Closed Period from August 04, 2023, to August 11, 2023. During this time, no Director, CEO, or Executive of the company is permitted to engage in any direct or indirect transactions involving the shares of the company. The closed period has been implemented to uphold fairness and prevent any potential insider trading ahead of the significant financial disclosures to be made during the Board meeting.
