Siddiqsons Tin Plate Limited’s notice of extra-ordinary general meeting change in number of directors to be elected

Karachi: Reference to our earlier Notice dated December 02, 2011 for Extraordinary General Meeting (EOGM) to be held on Saturday, December 31, 2011.

It is to inform you that Eight (8) directors will be elected instead of seven (7) directors as communicated earlier under agenda item # 2 of the aforesaid notice of EOGM.

However, the aforesaid change in number of directors shall be subject to the Prior Approval of the members in same EOGM before the formal election proceedings under section 178 (1) of the Companies Ordinance, 1984.

This notice of change in number of directors will also be published in two news papers for information and record of shareholders of the Company.
