Siemens (Pakistan) Engineering Company Limited’s board meeting and resignation of CEO

Karachi: We would like to clarify that July 31, 2011 is the date of acceptance of resignation of Mr. Sohail Wajahat H, Siddiqui by the Board, he shall continue to serve as MD and CEO of the Company till September 12, 2011 in accordance with the terms of employment with the Company, Consequently he shall also continue to act as Director of the Company until September 12, 2011.
