Karachi, Sindh Abadgars Sugar Mills Limited has scheduled a Board of Directors meeting on July 26, 2023, in Karachi. The meeting’s agenda includes a review of the Quarterly accounts for the period ending on June 30, 2023, with a possible declaration of any entitlement.

In accordance with Clause 5.6.1(d) of the Rule Book of the Exchange, the company has declared a “Closed Period” from July 19, 2023, to July 26, 2023. During this period, no Director, CEO, or Executive is permitted to engage in any direct or indirect dealings involving the shares of the company.
