Karachi, April 27, 2015 (PPI-OT): With the approval of Competent Authority (Chief Minister Sindh) Government of Sindh has allowed Special Allowance with effect from 12th October, 2007 and arrears with effect from 12th October 2007 to 30th October, 2011 to the officers of Solicitor Department including Solicitors, Deputy Solicitors, Assistant Solicitors, District Attorneys, Deputy District Attorneys and Superintendents. The arrears shall be paid to officer in such way that every month one month’s arrears shall be paid till entire arrears are paid.
In this regard Finance Department, Government of Sindh has issued an order in compliance of the Judgment dated 30-11-2011, passed by Honourable High Court of Sindh Bench at Sukkur and order dated 03-01-2014 passed by the Honourable Supreme Court of Pakistan.
