Sindh Governor Encourages French Investment on France’s National Day

Karachi: During a function organized for the National Day of France, Sindh Governor Kamran Khan Tesori extended an invitation to French investors to explore opportunities in the province, highlighting the support available through the SIFC scheme.

According to Sindh Governor House, Governor Tesori emphasized that French investors would receive comprehensive assistance and support, particularly in sectors poised for rapid returns on investment such as energy, agriculture, and infrastructure development. The Governor expressed these views in a speech that also included a congratulatory message to the French people on their Independence Day.

The event saw a warm reception for Governor Tesori by Alexis Chahatahtinsky, the Consul General of France in Karachi, and his staff. The Governor also presented a bouquet to the Consul General in a gesture of goodwill. In his remarks, the Consul General highlighted the long-standing and strengthening diplomatic ties between France and Pakistan, noting the increasing trade activities between the two nations as a positive development.
