According to Sindh Governor House, the ceremony was attended by Commander Coast Vice Admiral Raja Rab Nawaz along with other senior naval officers. He emphasized the valor and faith of the Pakistan Navy as crucial assets to the country, highlighting their spirit as invaluable to all citizens, including those in Karachi.
