Karachi, (PPI Bot): Soneri Bank Limited has publicized the issuance of its Tier-II Term Finance Certificates (TFCs), with the trading symbol SNBLTFC4. Each TFC is released with a market lot size of 1 and a face value of PKR 100,000. The profit rate for these ten-year securities is pegged to the 6-month KIBOR plus an additional 1.7%. The total amount issued is PKR 4,000,000,000, which is also the stated outstanding principal. The bank has indicated the next coupon date as December 26, 2023.
