Karachi, Standard Chartered Bank (Pak) Ltd has scheduled its Annual General Meeting (AGM) for March 19, 2024, at 15:00. In addition, the bank announced the closure of its transfer books from March 28, 2024, to determine eligibility for the upcoming dividend distribution. The ex-dividend price will be determined as of March 15, 2024. The meeting aims to discuss the annual financial statements among other agendas.
