Struggle to continue till Kashmir resolution: Shabbir Shah

Srinagar, January 11, 2014 (PPI-OT): In occupied Kashmir, senior leader of the All Parties Hurriyet Conference, Shabbir Ahmad Shah has reiterated the Kashmiris’ resolve to continue their struggle till the Kashmir dispute is resolved in accordance with their aspirations.Shabbir Ahmed Shah along with other APHC leaders including Nayeem Ahmed Khan and Muhammad Yousuf Naqash visited Dogripora Awantipora area of Pulwama and expressing solidarity with the family of a youth, Wasim Ahmad, who was recently martyred by Indian troops. Addressing a gathering in the area, Shabbir Shah said that the Kashmiri people would continue their liberation struggle till complete success.

Paying tributes to the martyred youth, the senior APHC leader said that the sacrifices of Kashmiri martyrs would not go waste and their mission would be accomplished at all costs. He said that India was trying to suppress the ongoing liberation movement through the use of brute force but it would never succeed in its sinister designs.

Shabbir Shah said that Kashmir dispute could be settled by implementing the relevant UN resolutions. He also urged the UN to put pressure on India to take steps for resolution of the lingering dispute for ensuring permanent peace in the South Asian region. He said that Kashmiris’ unparalleled sacrifices, which had centre-staged the Kashmir dispute at the global level, would not be allowed to go waste.

Nayeem Ahmed Khan and Muhammad Yousuf Naqash also addressed the gathering.People raised high-pitched anti-India and pro-liberation slogans during the addresses of the APHC leaders.
