Stylers International Limited Completes Credit of Right Shares into CDS

Karachi: The rights shares of Stylers International Limited have successfully been credited to shareholders’ accounts in the Central Depository System (CDS) as of August 22, 2024. According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), the company announced the completion of the transaction involving 53.54 million securities.

On August 19, 2024, Stylers International Limited finalized the allotment of securities with confirmation accompanied by an auditor’s certificate, which was received on August 21, 2024. The securities have been credited to respective account or subaccounts maintained at the Central Depository Company of Pakistan (CDC) by the end of the business day on August 22.

The company confirmed that the right issue involved no physical shares, as 100% of the securities were allocated digitally through the CDC. Following the update, the paid-up capital of Stylers International is now reported at 488.83 million securities. Shareholders are urged to verify their account details and report any discrepancies to the CDC immediately.
