Supreme Court Accepts Review Petitions in Reserved Seats Case

Islamabad: The Supreme Court’s Constitutional Bench has accepted the review petitions in the reserved seats case, setting aside its 12 July 2024 verdict. The decision marks a significant development in the ongoing legal proceedings concerning the allocation of reserved seats.

According to Radio Pakistan, the petitions were accepted by a majority of seven judges to five.
