Sustained Engagement Key to Regional Peace: DPM

Islamabad: Deputy Prime Minister Senator Mohammad Ishaq Dar spoke with Foreign Minister of Turkiye, Hakan Fidan today, and shared with him developments regarding ongoing diplomatic efforts by Pakistan. During the conversation, the Deputy Prime Minister emphasized that sustained engagement through dialogue and diplomacy remains the only viable means of promoting peace and stability in the region and beyond.

According to Radio Pakistan, the conversation highlighted the importance of continuous dialogue between nations to address various regional challenges. Both leaders agreed on the necessity of maintaining open lines of communication to foster mutual understanding and cooperation.

The discussion comes amid efforts to strengthen regional ties and enhance collaborative measures to ensure long-term peace. The Deputy Prime Minister reiterated Pakistan’s commitment to working with international partners in seeking peaceful resolutions to conflicts.
