Muridke: Minister for National Food Security and Research Rana Tanveer Hussain has called upon the provinces to achieve self-sufficiency in food by developing their agriculture sectors. Talking to newsmen in Muridke today, he said the Federal Government has sufficient wheat stocks, and the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa government can obtain wheat if required.
According to Radio Pakistan, the Minister also said the government is making all-out efforts to provide relief to the people in the upcoming budget.
