Tarbela dam authorities open spillways to release water

The spillways of Tarbela dam were opened for five hours on Sunday.

According to PDMA Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, the water flow at the Indus downstream will remains two-hundred and fifty-thousand cusecs today (Sunday).

People residing near the downstream and tourists have been asked to avoid going to water flow areas.
