Tata Textile Mills Limited to Discuss Annual Financial Results in Board Meeting

Karachi: Tata Textile Mills Limited has scheduled a meeting of its Board of Directors on August 09, 2024, to review the Annual Audited Financial Statements for the fiscal year that concluded on June 30, 2024. The meeting will focus on the financial performance and strategic direction of the company.

The company has also announced a Close Period starting from August 02, 2024, until the date of the Board meeting, as mandated under Clause 5.6.4 of the Rule Book of the Pakistan Stock Exchange. During this time, directors, the CEO, and executives are prohibited from buying or selling company shares.

According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), this protocol ensures compliance and governance transparency in handling sensitive financial information prior to its public release.

Stakeholders, including TRE Certificate Holders of the Exchange, have been notified as per regulatory requirements to uphold the integrity of the market during this period.
