The shareholders have been notified that the Extraordinary General Meeting, scheduled to take place on June 22, 2023, will be held both physically in Lahore and virtually via video-link platform Zoom.

With more candidates offering themselves for the directorial positions than the number of available slots, the Company has determined that nine individuals will ultimately be elected as directors at the forthcoming Extraordinary General Meeting, in accordance with relevant regulations.
