Ten FC Soldiers Killed in Terrorist Attack at Dera Ismail Khan Checkpoint

Dera Ismail Khan: Ten soldiers of the Frontier Constabulary (FC) were killed in a terrorist attack on the Zam FC checkpoint in Darazinda, Dera Ismail Khan. The attack involved heavy weaponry and resulted in casualties and injuries among the troops.

According to Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, during the attack, Khawarij terrorists targeted the FC personnel stationed at the checkpoint. The soldiers responded to the assault with bravery, engaging in a fierce firefight to defend their position.

Among the deceased, six soldiers were from South Waziristan and four hailed from the Karak district. The attack also left three FC personnel wounded. The Ministry of Interior commended the soldiers for their valiant efforts in confronting the terrorists and safeguarding their post, despite the heavy odds.
