Karachi: Tetra Pak has introduced its innovative Automation and Digitalisation portfolio, the Tetra Pak® Factory OS , at the Gulfood Manufacturing event in Dubai. This new technology aims to revolutionize food and beverage production by offering modular, open, and scalable smart factory solutions. The initiative is expected to pave the way for AI-ready factories, significantly enhancing efficiency in Pakistan’s food and beverage (F and B) sector.
A recent study by Tetra Pak reveals that factories with advanced automation achieve a 20% increase in overall equipment effectiveness, a 45% reduction in product waste, and 20% fewer packaging line stoppages compared to their less automated counterparts.
