Karachi, The Bank of Punjab has issued a perpetual Tier-I TFC, “BOPTFC2,” as a part of its capital enhancement strategy. The TFC carries a total issue size of Rs. 8.0175 billion, fully outstanding, and is due for its next coupon on December 20, 2023. The TFC is issued with a market lot of 1 and a face value of Rs. 100,000, signifying the bank’s commitment to perpetual financing.
