Karachi, February 04, 2013 (PPI-OT): This is to inform you that a meeting of the board of Directors will be held on 6th February 2013 Wednesday at 4 p.m. at Steel House, West Wharf Road, Karachi to discuss the company’s affairs.

“The Share transfer book of the company will be closed from 2nd February 2013 to 6th February 2013 both days inclusive. Transfer received at our Share Registrar M/s. MG Associate Private Limited, 2, Mustafa Avenue, F/4, Block-9, Behind “The Forum”, Clifton, Karachi, Pakistan Iraq, by the close of business on 24th October 2012 will be treated in time for the purpose of payment of Dividend, Bonus Shares and Right Shares or any other entitlement to the transferee”.
