The First Punjab Modaraba’s 108th meeting of board of directors

Karachi, December 24, 2012 (PPI-OT): We write to inform that 108th meeting of the Board of Directors to consider annual audited accounts for year ended June 30, 2012 is scheduled to be held on Friday, December 28, 2012 at 3:30 p.m. at 233-A, New Muslim Town, Lahore.

The closed period determined by the Modaraba as required under Clause (xxiii) of the Code of Corporate Governance will be 21-12-2012 to 28-12-2012 (both days inclusive).
