Karachi, The Hub Power Company Limited has released two Sukuk offerings, HUB C S C 2 and HUB C S C 4, with issue sizes of Rs. 7,000,000,000 and Rs. 5,000,000,000 respectively. Both Sukuks have a tenure of 4 years and a face value of Rs. 100,000 per unit. HUB C S C 2 carries a profit rate of “3M KIBOR + 1.8%” with the next coupon due on “22-Aug-2023”, while HUB C S C 4 offers a rate of “1 Yr KIBOR + 1.9%”, with the next coupon date on “19-Mar-2024”. The outstanding principal amounts stand at Rs. 3,500,000,000 for HUB C S C 2 and Rs. 3,750,000,000 for HUB C S C 4.
