In pursuant to Section 178 (4) of the Companies 1984, the shareholders are hereby informed that the following persons have filed with the Company Notices of their intention to offer themselves for election as Directors at the 21st Annual General Meeting of the Company to be held on Thursday 27 September, 2012 at 11.00 am at Marriott Hotel, Islamabad.

Since the number of persons who have offered themselves for election is more than the number of Directors fixed under sub-section (1) of Section 178 of the Companies Ordinance 1984, the election of Directors will be held to declare the 12 (twelve) elected Directors according to the provision of Section 178 (5) of the Companies Ordinance, 1984 in the forthcoming Annual General Meeting.
