The Karachi Stock Exchange Limited’s approval for extension in period for holding of annual general meeting

Karachi, October 24, 2012 (PPI-OT): Please refer to your application dated September 27, 2012 requesting extension in time for holding of Annual General Meeting (AGM) and laying annual audited accounts for the year ended June 30, 2012.

In this connection, I am pleased to inform you that the competent authority has granted extension in the period for holding of AGM and laying therein annual audited accounts of Pakistan National Shipping Corporation for the year ended June 30, 2012 for a period of 30 days i.e. up to November 30, 2012, under the provision of Section 158 and 233 of the Companies Ordinance 1984.
