The Karachi Stock Exchange Limited’s suspension of trading in the shares of National Asset Leasing Corporation Limited

Karachi, June 20, 2013 (PPI-OT): In continuation of our Notice No. KSE/N-2435 dated April 25, 2013.

Since National Asset Leasing Corporation Limited has not so far removed the cause of suspension of trading in its shares, the Management of The Karachi Stock Exchange Limited (KSE) in the interest of trade and public and in exercise of the powers vested under Listing Regulation No.5 (2) (iii) read with Section 9 (7) of the Securities and Exchange Ordinance, 1969 has decided that trading in the shares of these Company shall remain suspended for a further period of 60 days w.e.f. July 01, 2013.
