The Lawyer’s Action Committee condemns the claim by the President Supreme Court Bar

Islamabad, July 01, 2019 (PPI-OT): The impression that the Lawyers’ bodies have termed the distribution of funds among various Bar Associations and Bar Councils, ill intentioned is not correct. The Lawyer’s Action Committee, in a convention held in Islamabad has condemned the claim by the President Supreme Court Bar which termed the money distributed among various Bar Associations and Bar Councils of the country as malevolent.

The officials of the various Bar Associations and Bar Councils have reiterated that the Law Minister Dr. Barrister Muhammad Farogh Naseem, has for the first time in the history of the country responded to the long term demand of the Bar Associations by distributing funds, without any discrimination, keeping in mind the number and needs of the Lawyers, which is their legal right.
