Karachi, The Premier Sugar Mills has received an extension from the SECP for conducting its Annual General Meeting. The extension, granted for the financial year ending September 30, 2023, sets the new deadline for the AGM at February 27, 2024. This extension provides the company with additional time to compile and complete its yearly financial statements and reports.
